With our shared passions for music, yoga and self-development, we’re creating a 'call and response' between music and yoga. This is a rich 2 hour experience that will allow you to feel centred and balanced with a spring inspired sequence.

I’ve been immersed in music since I was a child. My dad instilled in me a passion for such a wide variety of sounds that has stayed with me to this day. Throughout my years of playing and listening to music I’ve explored the infinite emotions and moods it can capture and create. Recently I’ve developed an interest in the way music can transform, inspire and and heal our physical, emotional and spiritual lives. Music has always been a component of my yoga practice and I’m excited to create ambient soundscapes using my guitar, voice and loop pedal that can assist you in dropping deeper into yourself and your practice.

Christabel Ritson - Yin Yoga Guide

I’ve practiced yoga regularly for 7 years, and immediately felt the effects of connecting my breath and body in moments of peace and quiet. My specific love for the yin style of yoga was sparked by a transformational yin yoga & sound journey, where I reached a mental & spiritual space I had never accessed before. Since then I have trained as yin yoga teacher and adore holiding space for people in my yoga classes, workshops and courses. I also weave yin yoga practices into my Naturopathy work as a practitioner, and as a teacher. The intention is to create a space where you feel safe, relaxed, and able to drop in to deep relaxation and nourish your nervous system.
