Sound baths invite you to close your eyes, listen and rebalance your world. Sound gives you the space to pause from the outside world, and find inner harmony and transformation. This is a full moon Sound Bath so we will be connecting to the transformational energy of the moon and using breath work to release stagnant energy.
Taking part in the space of communal peace created during a sound bath provides a deeply healing experience and this moon will be in Aquarius the house of friendship so come along with your dear ones and enjoy this sonic journey together.
The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centres (chakras) for healing, balancing and meditation. Cheryl plays Crystal Tones unique alchemy singing bowls. These beautiful bowls are fired at incredible temperatures to meld precious metals, gems, and different crystals to the quartz. They produce exquisite harmonics that welcome us into a sacred space, a space where we can fully arrive in the here and now.
