Native botanical Ice cream tasting by candlelight with live music in the Aho Aho Greenhouse classroom at Otaki colleges horticultural gardens.
We will be tasting some of the lesser-known NZ native botanical spices.
I see this event not as an educational seminar but as a fun evening trying unique ice creams with live music in the beautiful greenhouse classroom of Otaki colleges Horticultural gardens.
The greenhouse will be heated and the ice creams will be a mix of dairy and coconut base mixes.
