The Spirited Women – All Women’s Adventure Race sees teams of four choose from an intro, short, medium or long-course adventure.
Travelling together as a team, they must navigate around a secret course by foot, mountain bike, and kayak, completing a few surprise, mystery activities along the way.
The course is kept a secret from participants until the race weekend. All levels of fitness and experiences are welcome.
For many participants, the journey to the event is the most cherished part with regular trainings and creating strong bonds. Join us in Central Hawke’s Bay to be the next spirited woman.

The Spirited Woman is a part of Central Hawke’s Bay Spring Fling. The Spring Fling is a series of standout events through September and October, capturing the essence of springtime in Central Hawke’s Bay!
Spring is a stunning time of year in Central Hawke’s Bay and the Spring Fling is a wonderful showcase of the region.
Spring Fling events span from Otane to Takapau, Tikokino to Porangahau, and offer plenty of variety for visitors to experience the very best Central Hawke’s Bay in spring.
