Thames Music Group is delighted to host this special performance by Mezzo-Soprano Katie Trigg accompanied by renowned pianist Francis Cowan.

Face Masks will be required.

Katie Trigg
After completing her Bachelor of Music at the University of Waikato with first-class Honours, Katie spent 2021 as a Dame Malvina Major Foundation Studio Artist with New Zealand Opera. Through this programme she had the opportunity to learn from some of New Zealand’s finest coaches and teachers.

An alumna of New Zealand Opera School (2019, 2020, and 2021), Katie was awarded the Dame Sister Mary Leo Scholarship in conjunction with the Sue and Guy Haddleton Emerging Artist Award in 2020 to assist in her overseas studies. While those plans were brought to a frustrating pause by the COVID-19 pandemic, Katie has recently completed successful auditions to schools in the USA and will be starting her studies at the Curtis Institute of Music in August 2022.

Don't miss this opportunity to hear Katie perform with the accomplished pianist and choir master Francis Cowan.
