Come along to a friendly, welcoming tai chi class at the Hokowhitu Bowling Club every Tuesday night!
We run through a set of warmup/relaxing exercises at the start, and then progress into the 42 International Form.

These movements are designed to loosen the joints, relax the body and calm the mind.

With an emphasis on slow, flowing movements, tai chi is often called meditation in motion.

You can join in any time - we welcome all ages and stages.
