Mozart’s final opera Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute), is a fairy tale whose characters, driven forward by love and hatred, are in search of ultimate truth. Danger, spells, tests of integrity, and actions both honourable and foul sweep us up into an enchanting world where nothing is quite as it seems. This celebrated opera is widely believed to be one of the most magical compositions ever written. Sung in German with English dialogues. Proudly presented by Festival Opera.
