We're STOKED to be bringing Threestyle Thirstdayz to our new home venue Paisley Stage in Napier for our 42nd episode. We will be featuring Sam Notman 27-year-old Wellington based
session drummer.
He has been playing drums since the age of 9, sharing and gaining this passion and career from his father. He is currently the drummer for pop artists Aacacia, RIIKI & PRINS, singer/songwriter Arjuna Oakes, rapper and producer Name UL, synth-pop band Onono, and many more. His diverse drumming styles and skills allow him to work within a wide variety of genres from jazz, hip hop, RnB and reggae - to rock and drum.
He has embarked on many tours with bands both in New Zealand and internationally as well as playing the festival circuit, playing at events such as Mardi Gras, Rhythm and Vines, Homegrown, Soundsplash as well as food, wine and arts festivals throughout New Zealand.
Artists he has worked with Include. Aacacia, Arjuna Oakes, L.A.B, Thomas Oliver, Name UL, Onono, Troy Kingi, Scribe, Ria Hall, The Witch Doctor, Kirsten Te Rito, Lisa Tomlins, Majic. Rob Ruha, Louis Baker, Iva Lamkum, Bella Kalolo, Zoe Mahal, Jack Page, Raw Collective, Dug Trio, Richter City,Rebels, Vanessa Stacey, Chris CK, Wairere Ropata, Tyna Keelan, Yayne, Ashton Sellars, Miharo Gregory.
Doors open 8pm - We will be going LIVE at 8.15pm - it's all about spreading the froth and good vibes to as many people as we can so anyone is more than welcome to come along and vibe with us.
MAX 100 people (vaccination passport needed) door sales will be available on night and online tickets - $10 each!
Wicked setup to kick back and watch in and of course beers and hot drinks behind the bar!
