TradeCareers: Women in Trades Workshop and Networking Event

Only 13% of tradies identify as female and of that only 2.6% are on the tools. Over 22,000 women have lost their jobs due to COVID-19 AND we’re in the midst of an unprecedented skills shortage in the trades.

TradeCareers wants to increase the number of women entering the trades, and wants to help you thrive doing it.

Keen to get stuck in but not sure where to start? Register for our TradeCareers: Women in Trades Workshop and Networking Event on Tues 27th September to start your path towards a career in the trades:

· Learn all about the different options available to you in the trades and investigate which trade is right for you
· Learn how to identify and amplify your transferable skills
· Pick up some techniques to build your strength
· Hear from some inspiring women in the trades who are out there doing it.

Lunch is provided for all attendees AND for the first 30 women to register will also nab a spot on our bus heading to the Women in Trades Expo (Free Entry 3-7pm) to meet potential employers and put your newly acquired tools to use.
Registrations are essential.
