TRAVELS IN MY KITCHEN with JUDITH CULLEN

Judith Cullen will take you, along with a small group of other foodies, on a virtual cook’s tour of Europe.

Each day the group will immerse themselves in the cuisine and culture of one of the countries to which Judith has been taking tours for many years.

You can expect to be in virtual France one day, Italy the next, Turkey the next and finally Scotland - all the countries that Judith herself is passionate about.

Having now moved to our area, the recipes she presents will focus on Central Otago ingredients and seasonal variation. Her classes will inspire and cater for every skill level.

Judith is perhaps most well-known for small-group travels to her favourite places in the world.

Your week at Bannockburn will be unique, informative and fun, and you will be using the wonderful products of Central Otago to produce the flavours of Europe.
