Greytown’s very own family dining zone, Truckstop, returns for a Winter Edition – open every Friday and Saturday in July from 4-8pm. It’ll be all lit up with sparkling lights, humming with country tunes, and cosy with extra heating during the Festival of Christmas.
We’ve listened to our biggest fans and assembled a Truckstop "Greatest Hits" of incredible tastes. Dale Keith’s Fire Grill will be back every Friday and Saturday serving Smashed Cheeseburgers, Greytown Fried Chicken burgers, and wood-fired potatoes, while Kate’s Bicycle Kitchen now has a permanent home serving her incredible donuts, donut sundaes and donut gelato sandwiches. She’s also perfected an all-new gingerbread donut to fire up the theme of this year’s festival. Yum!
Alongside these staples, Mao and Co will be bringing back everyone’s favourite dumplings and noodles.
Our very popular Unleaded Bar will be back in action providing zero alcohol beverages, plus we’re offering two very special winter treats (which do include alcohol): Truckstop Connoisseur’s Mulled Wine developed by our very own master blenders, based on a top secret European inspired recipe. Plus all new and just-for-winter, Festive Fireside Ale (5.8% alcohol) from Martinborough Brewery will be available by the bottle at Truckstop during our July Festival of Christmas season. Brewed specially to celebrate the Festival, this lightly spiced and deeply fruity winter ale is incredibly delicious.
We know how much families love Truckstop so we’ve added additional heating and lighting to make things safe and super cosy. Come and hang out round our monster fire bowl.
