U&I Football Cup 2022

The U&I Football Cup is a 7-a-side cultural community football tournament, a collaboration between RUAFC and the Rotorua Multicultural Council (Multicultural Rotorua), to celebrate and promote the values of cultural diversity in Rotorua. Last run in 2015, 2022 sees its revival!

Complete this application form as the first step for entry, you will then be contacted by Multicultural Rotorua to confirm your entry and arrange payment.

Tournament Day: Sunday 27 November 2022 at Neil Hunt Park.

Time - 9am-5pm to be confirmed (dependant on number of teams registered) . Arrive at 8.30am for attendance check and team captain briefing. Opening ceremony at 8.45am. After an all-group-in-one photo session with the guest speakers, the games will start at 9am.

Registration Fee: $50/team, payable once registration has been confirmed. Registration closes on Friday, 11 November 2022. The draw will be emailed to registered email addresses and posted online by Friday, 25 November 2022 on this website: rotoruaunited.co.nz . Teams to supply their own size 5 football for games.

The U&I Football Cup 2022 team winner will be eligible to represent Rotorua should a national event take place before the next Rotorua tournament.

RUAFC and Multicultural Rotorua plan to make this a regular annual event in Rotorua, and look forward to welcoming you on 27 November 2022 at Neil Hunt Park.
