Spoil your loved one on the most romantic night of the year, with a special four-course chefs menu at Haukai Bistro & Bar. Previous events have been a sellout so get in quick!
Reservations available from 5.30pm. A 2-hour time limit applies (but feel free to relax in our lounge bar after dinner).

First course
Egmont seafood Salmon crudo with chilli watermelon salsa, fried onions & capers, dill crème fraiche
Second course
Easterbrook farms duck breast with celeriac puree, braised leeks, beetroot pickle, charred asparagus, cherry gastrique, pinenuts
Third course
Homemade mixed berry sorbet with bubbles
Fourth course
Hibiscus panna cotta with hazelnut popcorn, strawberry two ways & Whitakers chocolate ganache.
