Vegan Hangout at Dice & Slice

Join us for drinks, nibbles, a meal and mingling. Our monthly hangouts are always fun and a great way to meet people.
Don’t be put off if you’re not fully vegan. Aside from ice-breaker questions, the conversation always flows elsewhere. The idea is not to ‘recruit’ but rather maintain a sense of community among vegans, and those anywhere on the ‘less meat/dairy/eggs’ continuum. After all, no-one should be the only vegan in the village.

The venue changes each month, but they are usually held on the last Friday of the month (this month we're hosting the hangout a week earlier though to avoid the Matariki public holiday) from 5.45pm.

The June event will be at Dice & Slice at 181 High Street on Friday, June 17 from 5.45pm. They have a couple of vegan options, specialising in vegan cheesecakes. Feel free to find a games buddy for the evening if that's what you're keen on.
