Vinay's Healthy South East Asian Cooking Class

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This workshop will run 6:30 - 8:30 PM on Wednesday 10 August 2022

Learn to make this complete, healthy meal from South East Asia. We will create a delicious, aromatic Steamed Fish Fillet wrapped in Banana Leaves. And, we will also make a luscious Vegetarian Rice cooked in coconut cream and stock.

All ingredients are included within the course fee and you'll get to enjoy the dishes at the end of the evening. Bring a container in case you'd prefer to take yours home.
