Winning with Council - Rotorua Workshop

This 1.5-hour workshop is recommended for:
- Board Chair/ Board Member /Main Club Administrator
- Clubs who want to understand more about processes and in turn be better prepared and win in working with councils.

Outcomes:
- Clubs understand the council planning process – LTP & AP Cycles (Long Term Plan & Annual Plan)
- Clubs understand how to make a submission
- Clubs understand who to contact for what
- Clubs understand the importance of understanding their lease
- Clubs can build an understanding of how and why decisions are made
