Women's Caving Adventure - Afternoon

Following on from the success of our inaugural Women’s Adventure Days we are now offering women the opportunity to come and explore the amazing Karamu Caves, Te Pahu.

One of only 2 outdoor groups with access to this amazing 30 million-year-old limestone cave system, First Step Outdoors will take you on an adventure to explore tunnels, caverns, prehistoric formations and glowworms!

All equipment is provided and we will guide you through some cave scrambles, climbs and squeezes as you wonder and experience this underground marvel.

A reasonable level of fitness is required and this adventure is open to women aged 16 plus. You will get wet and muddy but it’s a fun and challenging adventure!
