Women's Self Defense Class

We believe in empowering wahine. Come along to this women's only free self-defence class. Your trainer, Sally, will teach you effective prevention and resisting methods of self-defence.

Join Sally and meet other women in this highly recommended class. Numbers will be limited to keep the class size comfortable and friendly.
