Karori's historic WW2 Wrights Hill Fortress is re- opening again for family and friend's entertainment.
Explore part of New Zealand's wartime history by walking through the tunnel complex, which should take about one hour.
See historic photos, weapon displays, and a DVD of how a giant 9.2 inch gun fired .
Light refreshments available at a moderate price. Have a picnic lunch at the top of the hill.
Bring a torch for some fun inside. Strong footwear please.
