4 Week Beginner's Yoga Series

Always loved the idea of yoga, but didn't know where or how to start...?

Attending a yoga class at a fancy studio can be super daunting and out of your comfort zone. My goal in this 4 week workshop is for you to feel confident, comfortable, and familiar with practicing yoga.

We will run through the fundamental poses, sun salutations and it will be a more hands-on approach where we will talk, laugh and get your body used to yoga and what it is.

Sessions are 1hr and are across four consecutive Saturdays, 8.30- 9.30am, at the Saint Albans Community Centre.

Saturday 13th May, 20th, 27th & 3rd June.
