“I’ve found that experience design has much to learn from, and to share with, other disciplines, for example, those that design user experiences, patient experiences, tourist experiences, sensory experiences and learner experiences.” – Virpi Roto, Professor of Practice in Experience Design
The growing area of experience research is scattered and would benefit from knowledge exchange between disciplines and industry professionals. The mission of the Experience Research Society is to lower the borders between academics and professionals and bring together people interested in experience research. The 7 Experiences Summit (7X Summit in short) is the key event in forming such a community.
The next opportunity to foster new relationships between experience experts are approaching, and we welcome you to contribute and join the 4th 7X Summit and enjoy meeting the experience experts in person in exotic New Zealand!
Program highlights:
* 7 Keynote speakers + Mystery Keynotes (to be unveiled in August).
* 7 Workshop sessions that are practical and hands-on including the use of generative AI, or present * your industry problem and consult the experts in the Experience Hackathon.
* An Experience Hackathon to bring professionals and academics together to develop experience research/projects.
* An Experience Fair to test your experience prototype, existing experience products and services.
* 7 Social Experiences to experience Auckland and other parts of New Zealand.
