7th Hamilton Girls’ Brigade

Girls’ Brigade is a not-for-profit youth organisation that provides a fun, interactive and varied programme for girls within our communities aged 5 - 18 years old.

Girls’ Brigade is an international Christian organisation based around the social, physical, educational and spiritual growth of girls and young women in New Zealand.

7th Hamilton Girls’ Brigade, in Chartwell, Hamilton, hold their programme weekly on a Wednesday night during school term.

Our weekly programme encourages girls to develop a range of physical, social, educational and spiritual skills which will empower them to be confident, caring and contributing members of society.

Girls are encouraged to develop self-management and leadership skills as they work within their own age group and across the ages.

We strive to provide a caring, supportive, inclusive environment for all girls and their families.
