Chef Ryan Moore is a talented and creative chef who has worked at some of the finest Michelin starred restaurants in the UK. He moved to New Zealand in 2018 and fell in love with our country and our produce.

He has been the head chef of The Grove, one of New Zealand’s most prestigious restaurants, and Bivacco, Savor Group’s largest restaurant. He is known for his innovative dishes that use unusual ingredients and combinations to create unforgettable flavours.

For this exclusive event, Chef Ryan Moore will collaborate with Chef Daniel Fraser and the team at Sage Restaurant to create a menu that showcases the best of Northland produce. You will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu on Saturday night, and a sharing style multi-course lunch on Sunday.
