We take roughly 25,000 breaths per day,
But how many of these do we actually notice and consciously breathe?
In this dynamic workshop you will be introduced to breath work and pranayama practices; move through an embodied yoga practice that integrates the lungs as a vehicle for awakening; experience a guided breath work journey followed by a harmonising sound bath.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and those looking to awaken their lungs with mindful embodied movement and conscious breathing to discover the power we all have within!
Jo has been a yoga and movement practitioner for over a decade with certifications in Rise Yoga Embodied Flow RYT200, Trauma Informed Yoga, Les Mills, PADI, ISA, AUT BSR, and Coaching Pacific.
