Annual Pirongia Craft Day

The ANNUAL Pirongia Craft Day is returning!

Held in Pirongia's main street, Franklin Street, it is an annual event which has been happening for over 43 years, and is one of the biggest markets in New Zealand. Only genuine NZ-made crafts and products are permitted to be sold. Entertainment is provided by groups ranging from a pipe band to hip-hop groups.

The road is closed from 6am when over 200 pre-allocated and paid for sites will be set up.

Stallholders are “open for business” from 9am to 3pm creating a unique vibrant, friendly village atmosphere. The road re-opens at 4pm.

There is plenty of parking available on the day.  Come and enjoy this unique, vibrant, friendly day out!
