Join Luisa Schreiber at Kanuka Yoga for our next five-week Ashtanga Yoga Series.

This is series designed for anyone wanting to learn the primary Ashtanga yoga series.
If you're brand new to Ashtanga, or Yoga in general, then this series will be a great way to learn a structured set of postures each class and become familiar with a sequence.

Or, if you already have a confident yoga practice, this series will be great for you to deepen different aspects of the sequence. Perhaps you dive into your breath, bhandas or dristi - Luisa will guide more experienced Yogis through this each week.

Begins - Sunday, 6th August
Time - 7pm - 8pm Weekly
