Cuisine Magazine Editor Kelli Brett pairs three leading BOP chefs with the regions outstanding young chefs for a Culinary Attack of the Snack!
Three up and coming Future Chefs have been nominated, screened and selected to pair with three of the Bay's leading chefs (of Solera, Deckchair & Sugo) to create an evening full of delectable snacks for you to enjoy, all with the Bay of Plenty twist.
Our Future Chefs are competing for the winning snacks of the evening, with their recipes winning the accolade of being featured in an upcoming Cuisine Magazine recipe feature!
Your ticket includes 9 snacks, Oysters 3 ways, local Bay of Plenty refreshments, Entertainment from DJ Ayesha - all pulled together by our delicious host Kelli Brett.
