A universe of points and lines.
The dots in people's hearts connect and eventually become a big line that flows like a river.
Feeling the light of hope in each piece of work.
I will display the artworks with a wish that the flow would be in a good direction.
I moved to Christchurch 21 years ago because I wanted to work with art to bridge the gap between New Zealand and Japan.
Last year, I had a live painting concert with Japanese musicians and was able to interact with a large number of people. This year, I connected with PCW, a non-profit organization in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.
The company's goal is to use art to give people with disabilities jobs and enable them to lead normal lives. This metaverse gallery was also created by people with disabilities.
I was affected by the thought and sympathized with it.
There will be about 100 digital prints from Japan connected to both the Metaverse Gallery and the Big Bang exhibition in Christchurch.
We're going to do a live painting concert to show our appreciation (check the Event Page above, see website section).
