Experience the magic of your breath!

This is an event designed to help you up-level, clear your subconscious of what's holding you back and help you tap into your intuition.

During this 3 hour ceremony, you'll learn how to do the conscious connected breathwork technique, ways to support and resource yourself throughout and a full 60 min breathwork journey with space for integration and sharing about your experience at the end, if you want to share. You'll leave with more tools to support you in your day to day life and a profound experience.

Breathwork is a tool we can use to support our autonomic nervous system and is a powerful way to both activate and unwind.

Breathwork can help with;

Activate creativity
Reduce stress, anxiety and grief
Release toxins from the body
Tap into your intuition/gut knowing
Access forgiveness
Allows old emotions and traumas to be released from the body and mind
Increase joy, pleasure and ease in your life
Great for surfers, athletes, free divers and overall breathing capacity useless in fitness
This event is open to everyone over 18 years old, all identities welcome.

Meet your facilitator:
Loren Honey is a fully trained Breathwork Facilitator (Trained by Clarity Rebirthing Breathwork). Loren has been facilitating breathwork around Aotearoa and Australia for 5 years. She's also a life coach and mentor, yin yoga teacher, published author and menstrual cycle educator. It's important to her to hold a space that is grounded, brave, enjoyable and trauma informed.

Q: What is breathwork?
A: This conscious connected breathwork is a specific breathing technique which has a whole range of benefits including, releasing trauma, letting go of past hurts, health benefits, access creative ideas and tap into your inner knowing. The 60min breathwork journey itself is done laying down with eyes closed and is guided with a music playlist specifically curated for the event.

Q: What can I expect?
A: There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed

Q: I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?
A: Email or message Loren to let her know what these are and she’ll let you know if she can offer adjustments so you can attend, a 1:1 private session is more suitable or if it’s not the right time for you

Q: Is there a minimum age to be able to come?
A: Yes, this is an R18 event. Breathwork is safe for younger ones but is best in a 1:1 session
