Candlelight Cinema: Haunted Tales at the Library

Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom presents Candlelight Cinema - a creepy double-feature film event hosted by Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom on the spookiest night of the year!

Bring the whole whānau, a brave face, kai, warm clothes, a beanbag, picnic chair or a blanket and join us at the Te Awahou Riverside Cultural Park at 5pm for an outdoor screening of “Scooby-Doo”.

Later, after the sun goes down and the lights go out, Alfred Hitchcock's terrifying 1960 classic “Psycho” will fill the screen at 7pm.

Complimentary popcorn. Ice-cream, coffee and Hodoo's famous walnut treats will be available for purchase. Bad weather venue at MAVtech (2 Avenue Road, Foxton). "Scooby-Doo" rated PG. "Psycho" rated M.
