Should this event need to be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the following options will be available to tickets holders will
• Be invited to transfer their ticket to the postponement date offered. Should the ticket holder be unable to attend the alternate date;
• An invitation to either donate the ticket amount (less the administrative fee) or;
• Have the ticket price refunded
