Class Sampler Workshop - Empower Wellness

Our class sampler day includes a mix of Yoga, Barre and Pilates. If you've always wanted to try out a class but felt a little nervous, this is the day for you! We'll be doing four 30-minute sampler classes with our four amazing instructors. Allowing you to meet the team, check out the epic Rise Dance studio where we hold our classes and get a taste for each of the styles of class we offer. We'll also be supplying herbal teas and raw snacks for the morning to keep you sustained. You do not have to participate in every session if you don't want to - but we highly recommend giving them all a go! This is a morning of movement, community connection and fun not to be missed!
