In support of World Continence Week, the EASIE Living Centre has invited Claire Tynan from Pacific Hygiene to speak about continence wellness.
Topics covered will include the main types of incontinence, healthy bowel and bladder habits, and what can be done to prevent incontinence now and in the future. You will also be shown various continence products.
There will be two sessions.
11.00 am - 12.30 pm - Junior wellness - children and young people living with incontinence.
1.30 pm – 3.00 pm - Adult wellness- adults living with incontinence.
