Who says you can't bottle joy? This workshop is for you to start doing just that – bottling your joyful moments.
In this short workshop, you will hear how I have managed to maintain joy through many challenging life moments and how I use my joy jar weekly to capture special moments that happen for me. You will then get to make your own joy jar that you or your family can use to collect your precious moments.
You might not be ready to start journalling, so this is a great alternative for someone who wants to start to focus on their mindfulness and begin to cultivate gratitude, which is a proven way to enhance our wellbeing.
Joy is the feeling of great pleasure or happiness and it’s something we should all freely feel regardless of our age or events that are happening in our lives. Prepare to come and have some fun.
