The Discipline Games 2023 is a functional, strength and conditioning competition to find the fittest athlete in a short burst of 7 minutes also known as the D7 Games.

How hard can you push your body in 7 minutes? We have the Individual athletes competing on the Saturday 29th April and the Team event (2 males and 2 female) on the Sunday 30th April.

Please enter via The Main Gate next to The Ramada Hotel. Parking is pay by plate via the Inugo App which is free to download from the app store. $4.00 for the first hour and 50c per hour thereafter
