Discover the inner arts of tai chi, qi gong and meditation in this 2-hour workshop.
Tai chi is a martial art. It is a moving meditation.
And by practising tai chi, you can learn to overcome three different forms of attack.
In this workshop, we will explore ancient art forms and modern ideas.

In my early 20s, I flew to London, where I spent almost 20 years. It was pretty rock n roll and wasn't always peace and harmony. Now, I am an artist with a business background, having worked alongside entrepreneurs in world-famous establishments.
Life can be stressful, and I believe it is possible to find a balance.
Join me in this workshop where you can learn how to connect your mind, body, and spirit and leave with techniques to help you on your road to discovery.
