Join us for a presentation and talk from Stuart Clook on alternative photographic printing processes. Explore this fascinating world where creativity and technology converge when traditional printing methods meet innovative digital techniques.

Unleash your imagination as we delve into the history and contemporary practice of cyanotype, platinum/palladium, gum bichromate and many more processes. Discover how these printing processes offer unique opportunities for artistic expression, enabling you to create stunning, handcrafted photographic prints that transcend the ordinary.

See first-hand examples of prints made with these processes and experience the tactile beauty and exquisite detail that these methods offer, showcasing the inherent charm and depth that can only be achieved through hands-on craftsmanship.

Learn about the historical significance of these methods and hear about their resurgence in the digital age. Gain insights into the technical aspects of each process and the materials and equipment required.
