Distraction Packs for Tamariki

Altrusa Christchurch’s latest project is to provide age-appropriate Distraction Packs for Tamariki for the Christchurch Police to keep a child or children distracted in an emergency situation.

We are filling 100 packs with various activity items for children of various ages. We invite members of the public to assist us in putting these together, and to find out how our Altrusa Club supports the local community with our other projects.

Our evening is on Wednesday 29th March from 6-8pm at the Kohinga St Albans Community Centre, 1049 Colombo St, Edgeware Rd end.
