Emily Riordan: Golden Oldies & New Blues

Golden Oldies & New Blues is an intimate concert featuring a variety of favourite tunes from the last century, including songs by Vera Lynn, Melanie, Leonard Cohen, Emmylou Harris, and Lana Del Rey.

Emily Riordan was born and raised in Taranaki and has played and taught music here for several years. She is the musical director of the Hawera Theatre Trust Singers and has many young students at Auroa School, as well as in New Plymouth. This concert is a farewell (or perhaps a "We'll Meet Again") to Taranaki before Emily moves to Wellington.
