The Tango World Champ is in town!
Come and watch this pro perform at our gala milonga events on Saturday and Sunday evening, as well as Workshops held during the day 7-9th April.
Get trained by the world champ in Argentine Tango!

--- Friday 7th April ---
Workshop one: 10.30am-12 noon
Focus on the most important structures of tango, as a way of redesigning our dance and our functionality to make the comfort of dancing as a priority. Posture, Embrace, Connection, the secrets of our WAY OF WALKING. The way of leading/following, melodic eights, rhythmic eights in close embrace, rolling and connecting. (Open Level)
Workshop two: 1.30-3pm
Focus on Milonguero system. Providing resources for dancing in a small space, figures, to using rebounds, full embrace, working on different music. Milonguero is not only about ¨style¨, it is about the interpretation of the music as well. (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
--- Saturday 8th April ---
Workshop three: 10.30am-12 noon
Focus on connection and flexibility. Dancing with the closed embrace is not synonymous with limitation, the secret is that the connection and flexibility work at the same time. Easy to increasingly complex sequences and movements will be taught for you to use in social dancing. (Open Level)
Workshop four: 1.30-3pm
Focus on creativity to the maximum expression. Improvisation creativity, learn to follow as a leader and guide as followers! followers/leaders creating together. Learn to take your spaces to make decorations as a follower, learn to create spaces as a leader. (Intermediate to Advanced level)
Saturday Gala Milonga with Performance:
6.30-10pm | Vogelmourn Hall, 13 Vennell st, Brooklyn
Optional: wear something sparkling / white themed and join us to dance, enjoy the dazzling world class performance from the stars.

Playing with Vals: Sequences for vals with zesty centrifugal force. (Open Level)
Workshop six: 1.30-3pm
Playing with Milonga: Giro sequences to use in milonga. (Open Level)
Farewell Gala Milonga with Performance:
6.30-10pm 25 Silverbirch Grove, Churton Park (Please park on site)
Optional: wear something Easter / gold / silver themed and join us to dance, enjoy the show and farewell the world tango champs in style.
