This dynamic duo’s journey led them from Chile to the picturesque foothills of the Kaweka Ranges, where they established their own vineyard and winery. Nestled on the banks of the Ngaruroro River in Crownthorpe, a cooler, higher altitude region of Hawke’s Bay, they have passionately handcrafted fine wines, exclusively from the grapes grown on their 22-hectare vineyard.

Emma’s winemaking expertise was honed through her degree from Adelaide University in Australia, and she has since left her mark on the world of wine in Australia, Switzerland, South Africa, France, Chile, and New Zealand. Marcelo’s extensive involvement in both viticulture and winemaking in Chile and New Zealand adds another layer of excellence to their story.
