Known for its hearty and comforting flavours, Argentinian cuisine is perfect for warming up on cold days, which is exactly why Central Fire Station is welcoming El Sizzling Chorizo from Auckland this Winter F.A.W.C!
Guest Chef Corradino Andselmi hails from Argentina where barbeque (or asado) is more of a lifestyle than a meal and is bringing that same philosophy to Hawke’s Bay.
Here, he will join CFSB’s Sam Clark in the kitchen to deliver a classic Argentinian feast, all cooked over fire.
This four-course dinner, with matching wines, will feature Corra’s famous smoked pork sausage, slow and smoky beef short ribs, empanandas, CFSB’s sourdough bread and delicious desserts.
Ticket price includes four courses plus matching wines.
F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay.
