Kick off the festive season with a free screening of 'Love Actually', the first of our 'Festive Films Under the Stars' events held in a magical outdoor setting on the waterfront.
Free for the whole family thanks to Lord of the Fries, you and your loved ones are warmly invited to gather under the stars at The Base Spaces, Wynard Quarter for a night of romance, humour, and holiday spirit. This beloved holiday classic weaves together a tapestry of stories that captures the essence of Christmas.
Bring warm clothes and something to sit/recline on. The surface is asphalt, so padded/thick blankets and cushions, beanbags and deck chairs are all suitable. Note the seating areas will be arranged with those on blankets closest to the front, then beanbags, then deck chairs, ensuring good viewing for all.
Please note: This is an alcohol-free event. Hot food, popcorn and ice creams will be available for purchase.
