Fiona Parsons Trio - Sold Out

Fiona will be performing with Dan Robertson on piano, Connor Hartley-Hall on guitar here in Rangiora's wonderful boutique Chamber Gallery.

Fiona, Connor and Dan share a love of Gypsy jazz. This music was originally made famous by legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt and French virtuoso violinist Stéphane Grappelli, when they formed the 'Quintette du Hot Club de France' back in the 1930s.
The music they perform is a mix of fiery Gypsy jazz, beautiful ballads and well-known classics. Connor and Fiona released their first album “South of France” at the start of 2020 and have toured throughout New Zealand during 2021 to sell-out shows.

Violinist and composer Fiona Pears, has performed and recorded internationally over the past 15 years. She has appeared everywhere from Birmingham Symphony Hall and the famous Ronnie Scott’s Jazz club in London through to Joe’s pub in New York and the very loved Donovan’s store in Okarito, Aotearoa.
They're thrilled to be performing in our gorgeous gallery, and we'd love you to experience their performance.
