Perfect for a post-work celebration with colleagues, on Friday we have a slightly different evening featuring a later start time with a post-work bus from the city and three-course menu to allow amble time for dancing to The Eastern.
6PM canapès. 6.30 seated three-course dinner with matched beverages.

For those who are after an extra feast starting early evening, Saturday attendees can settle in for the night with a four-course menu followed by a live performance from The Eastern.

THE SETUP
Element Tipis create a memorable popup venue of nordic tents based amongst the elements, warmed by fire. Your dining experience begins with a welcome drink on arrival, accompanied by seasonal canapes from the epic flavours of Crisp & Vale Catering. Once seated, guests enjoy a multi-course autumnal inspired meal all cooked on by, you’ve guessed it - FIRE from the Food by Fire & Crisp & Vale teams, matched with beverages from The Boneline and Brew Moon brewery! The night finishes with an interactive dessert station with a cash bar available for further beverages from Bone Line Winery & Brew Moon while you dance the night away to The Eastern.
THE MENU
The menu, designed by Mathew Johns from Food by Fire and Hannah Crisp From Crisp & Vale, showcases the very best of the region. With an extensive hospitality background both locally and internationally between these two chefs the menu will be a memorable, interactive dining experience.
Food by fire are industry leaders in epic, whole cuts cooked over flames bringing all the theatre with Rod’s 1960's vintage converted Bedford truck kitchen! Hannah Crisp balances the rustic fire cooking with her attention to detail and elegant bites. Expect an epic seafood course inspired by her time cooking with UK seafood super chef Rick Stein. Mathew Johns will be drawing from his experience cooking large format celebration dishes at the acclaimed Momofuku Daishō in Toronto and years running the Hanoi Hannah restaurants in Melbourne.
Fire & Feast is presented by Food by Fire, Element Tipis and Crisp & Vale Catering. With beverages by The Bone Line and Brew Moon.
