Five Buck a Duck Derby

On Sunday 7th May two exciting races will happen down the Taylor River, Blenheim. First up it's The Corporate Duck Super Race, followed by The Five Buck a Duck Derby.

The Corporate Duck Super Race:
Businesses and organisations have the opportunity to purchase a numbered decoy duck with their logo attached, for $100 + GST, to be part of The Corporate Duck Super Race. The business with the winning duck will win morning tea delivered, made by the scrumptious Sweet Creations on Auckland Street. The Five Buck a Duck Derby:
Yellow rubber ducks race down the river in a bid to win you prizes! Ducks are $5 each with all proceeds to Life Education Trust Marlborough.

1st Duck = $500 cash thanks to MTF Finance Blenheim
2nd Duck = Staycation for two at Chateau Marlborough plus dinner at Quench
3rd Duck = $400 Interislander Travel Voucher

Plus lucky duck spot prizes, fundraising BBQ and more.

The Corporate Duck Super Race starts at midday from the High Street Bridge, followed by The Five Buck a Duck Derby at 12.10pm. The finish line is just past the Henry Street footbridge.

By the Henry Street Bridge and High Street Bridge 10.30AM - 11.30AM
(unless sold out prior. Eftpos available at Henry Street)

Mr Whippy, Hazbeanz Mobile Expresso and a Fundraising BBQ for the Marlborough Redcross Disaster Welfare Support Team will be set up at by the finish line (Henry Street Bridge).
