Here's the line up -
White: Viognier Chateau Fontareche Languedoc 2020. The Viognier is a nice aromatic white from the south of France. Dry style. Perfect to start the tasting. Aroma : Stone fruit, White flower
Red : Initial H, Grenache Syrah, Domaine de Grangeneuve Rhone Valley 2021. Initial H is a good example of an elegant Cotes du Rhone. Balance, red and black berry.

Red : Soufre Coupé, Syrah Château de Valcombe Rhone Valley 2018. Soufre coupé is a no added sulfite syrah. Very nice fruit and acidity.

Red : Château Treytins Montagne Saint Emilion Merlot 2020. Chateau Treytins is a merlot blend from the right bank of Bordeaux. Perfect example of saint Emilion. Intense, deep black fruit.
Champagne Abergere Origine, a perfect champagne to finish on with a fresh touch.
