Fresh Off the Page returns in 2023 with contemporary Asian plays hot off the press, performed in a series of free play readings by Pōneke-based artists. Written by Asian practitioners, read by Asian practitioners, directed by Asian practitioners.

For the FINAL play-reading of the year we feature Joanna Cho's Geoff, the Chicken:

"Geoff, the Chicken is a comedic play about a chicken and two human friends who try to hunt it down. What ensues is a comedic series of mishaps as the two friends realise they may have gotten more than they bargained for with Geoff."
