This year's annual German Short Film Night is presented by Show Me Shorts and the Goethe Institut and is sure to delight, surprise and inspire. Six short stories of the weird and wonderful collide with the mundane giving extraordinary results.

Stiletto sees a relationship put to its test when a husband is caught wearing heels.
- 'König (King)' is an animated documentary about a young man's descent into a gambling addiction.
- 'Wochenbett (Postpartum)' provides a colourful, honest and personal insight into the chaotic life of a new mother.
- 'Sven nicht jetzt, wann dann…? (Sven if not now, then when?)' offers the relatable tale of Sven's journey to climb the high diving board at a swimming pool. Will he do it?
- 'Fliessende Grenze (Fluid Border)' gives us a comedic look into the lives of two land surveyors trying to navigate strict rules during the division of East and West Germany.
