Let the sound, resonance & power of the Djembe (African drum) take you deep into yourself.
Let go of your daily worries and allow the goddess within to emerge. It would be my pleasure to guide you through this divine Goddess experience.
What do we do?
I create a beautiful, relaxing & inspiring environment. We meditate and connect to ourselves. My guides & ancestors show me specific rhythms & sounds and I will guide you through these as we explore the connection between energy, vibration, sound & our bodies.
Expect to experience
Pleasure…enjoyment… elevation…vibrations & sensations in our bodies. You may receive messages or guidance. Some people see colours & visions. You may just super 'get down' to the grooves! Each experience is unique.
We begin with the foundations, our root chakra to find your natural self and the most primal forms of expression & allow bliss to take hold! By including voice work, we also explore the throat chakra which is intrinsically connected to your life purpose and of course enables us to be 'heard'.
You will be able to calm your analytical mind and be open to the subtle awareness that lets you truly 'see', 'feel' and 'hear'. This allows for expansion & opening which enables guidance, inspiration & energetic power-ups from Goddess energies to swirl and delight your senses.
